      What should I know about scheduling?

      General

      Office Hours

      Office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, except for the days school will be closed. When classes are not in session, the office will be closed for lunch from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM.

      Class Hours

      Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

      Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

      Class Schedules

      Immersive course hours run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an hour break for lunch. Seminars run from one to five days a week and course hours run from four to eight hours a day. For all courses, a ten-minute break is provided for every two hours of course instruction. 

      One hour of instructional time is defined as a fifty-minute period.
